We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate has experience working with complex B2B SaaS products and will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales efforts including sourcing, qualifying and closing new customer deals. As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with sales leadership, marketing and customer success to build and maintain a healthy pipeline and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, collaborating with internal teams to develop targeted outbound strategies, qualifying sales opportunities, tailoring presentations and demos, leading negotiations, and overseeing the contracting process to successfully close deals.
- Identify leads and cultivate relationships with executives in Operations, Collections, Technology, Risk, and Compliance, elevating awareness of Equabli’s brand and value proposition.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to comprehensively understand the challenges, initiatives, existing tech stack, and strategic priorities of potential clients.
- Focus on driving revenue through effective deal cycle management to close new business.
- Maintain appropriate sales development activity to ensure healthy pipeline management.
- Establish credibility, trust, and thought leadership in Collections Innovation .
- Become an authority on Equabli’s offerings, showcasing our value prop and creatively providing solutions aligned with clients’ business and technology challenges.
- Perform demos of SaaS solutions for prospects to show features and benefits of our platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the Equabli team to provide market feedback gleaned from prospects and clients and make meaningful contributions to enhance our sales process, go-to-market, and marketing strategies.
- Proactively engage with existing relationships, networking channels, professional associations, and industry forums. Sales Executive will be responsible for attending industry events and conferences on behalf of Equabli.

- Ability to perform customer demos of SaaS products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports and presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking pipelines and managing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Four years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role
- Ability to manage multiple prospects while seeking new opportunities
- Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
- Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
